About Angela
The namesake and founder of Angela Fine Furnishings, Angela Lossia has been in business in Southwest Florida since 2009.
An entrepreneur spirit and a drive for success are in her genes. Her father, Sharkey George, immigrated to Detroit with his parents as a young boy where his family owned a local grocery store. Sharkey and his brother later founded Melody Farms Inc. – a dairy company, which became the largest privately owned dairy and beverage distribution company in Michigan.
The apple didn’t fall far from the tree…
Angela’s career began as a sales consultant and then store manager and buyer at the Michigan Design Center. Following her nine-year career in Michigan, Angela relocated to Naples in 2006 where she managed a large home furnishings store at the Miromar Design Center. In 2009, Angela opened Angela Fine Furnishings – a to-the-trade showroom at the Design Center.
She finally achieved her dream of owning a state-of-the-art retail store. Angela recently relocated her store to a prominent North Naples location where she opened a 3,500 square foot store to better cater to the public and to design professionals.
Constantly acquiring new products, Angela’s stock ranges between trendy and classic, mixing traditional and upbeat pieces. Angela provides personal customer service and extensive knowledge about the leading design trends.
